Reduce Wasteful Spending Overseas

The federal government sends over $300 billion overseas in foreign aid each year. Many people are helped by our foreign aid and the good will earned by it is priceless. However, too much of that foreign aid never gets to the people we intend to help because it is intercepted by tyrants, warlords, and corrupt governments. Congress needs to reign in the wasteful spending and redirect that money back home.
